• Launch period (first 30 days): 0% fee for everyone.

• After 30 days:

  • 0% fee → if you already have RUNE in BOND status.

  • 0.1% fee → if you do not have bonded RUNE.

This fee model rewards long-term contributors and encourages more users to support THORChain security.
